Isenia (Senie) Maddox Robinson, 91, of Wetipquin Road in Wetipquin died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. She had been a resident of the Wicomico Nursing Home since November.Born in Crisfield, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Stella (Collins) Maddox. Her late husband, Charles E. Robinson, died January 2009.
She was formerly employed at the former Phillips Canning Factory in Cambridge. She was a longtime member of Friendship United Methodist Church in Wetipquin, where she formerly served with the kitchen committee. Her survivors include four children, Estella Robinson of Neptune, N.J., Alphonso (Theresia) Robinson, Audrey (Wallace) Showell and Harold Robinson, all of Wetipquin; two great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Corinda Moore of Wetipquin and Louise Nichols of Chester, Pa.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Three grandchildren and a sister preceded her in death. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Friendship United Methodist Church in Wetipquin. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Jolley Memorial Chapel in Salisbury and at the church one hour prior to service. Funeral services are entrusted to Jolley Memorial Chapel of Salisbury
